Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Oneida County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on May 4, 2007, May 23, 2007, and June 11, 2007, and respondent-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person, and for an extension of time to perfect,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Abbie Goldbas, Esq., dated
August 28, 2007, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation
of William L. Koslosky, Esq., dated September 8, 2007, the affirmation of
Abbie Goldbas, Esq., dated September 13, 2007, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks permission to proceed as a poor person is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Oneida County, is hereby directed to provide Dawn K. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect is granted and respondent-appellant shall file the original stipulated or settled record and ten briefs on the appeals, together with proof of service, on or before January 15, 2008, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
