Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from the judgment of Monroe County Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Monroe on May 21, 2004,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Brian Shiffrin, dated August 29, 2007, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be and the same hereby is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered May 23, 2007 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date September 20, 2007 and inserting in place thereof the date November 20, 2007.
