Separate motions by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 23, 2007, to strike stated portions of the Law Guardian's brief and for temporary visitation with the subject child pending hearing and determination of the appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are denied.
