DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se on appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County, both rendered July 17, 2006, inter alia, to unseal the minutes of the proceedings of a sidebar conference which occurred before the Supreme Count, Queens County on May 31, 2006, relating to the military discharge records of the complainant and to be furnished with a transcript of the proceedings.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to unseal the minutes of the proceedings of a sidebar conference on May 31, 2006, relating to the military discharge records of the complainant and to be furnished with the transcript of the proceedings is granted to the extent that the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Queens County, shall unseal the above-referenced minutes in order for the stenographer to make and certify two transcripts of the proceedings at the sidebar conference on May 31, 2006, relating to the military discharge records of the complainant, if not yet transcribed; the transcripts shall be filed with the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Queens County, under seal, and the Clerk of the Supreme Court, Queens County, shall forward those transcripts to the Clerk of this Court, under seal and those minutes shall remain sealed upon delivery, and that branch of the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
