DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 31, 2001, to enlarge the record on appeal to include the report of the appellant's psychiatrist dated February 10, 2000, a letter from the appellant's psychiatrist dated September 6, 2000, and the report of the respondent's psychiatrist dated August 15, 2000.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
