DECISION

That branch of the motion by appellant seeking, in essence, a stay pending determination of the appeal is granted, on condition that the appeal is perfected by January 5, 2008.

In the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondents may move to vacate the stay on 3 days' notice.

That branch of the motion seeking poor person relief is denied without prejudice to renewal upon proper papers.

Appellant's motion papers contain no showing of her income, assets and debts.
