DECISION
Motion by tenants-appellants to continue the stay contained in the order of this court dated April 12, 2007 and thereafter extended by an order of this court dated July 11, 2007, is granted on condition that tenants perfect the appeal by December 7, 2007.
In the event that the above condition is not met, the court, on its own motion, may vacate the stay, or the respondent may move to vacate the stay on 3 days' notice.
