It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after November 7, 2007. If, by said date, the movant is current in the payment of use and occupancy, then she may move in the trial court to request a permanent stay of the execution of the warrant of eviction. Otherwise, the warrant may be enforced after November 7, 2007.
