E., sworn to October 11, 2007, the statement of Matthew J. Clark, Esq., dated October 12, 2007, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew upon the submission of a new motion that includes an affidavit which addresses the allegations contained in the affidavit of Kathie J. E., sworn to October 11, 2007, and identifies the dependents residing in petitioner-appellant's household.
