It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating the dismissal of the appeals, previously granted on default, and re-instating the appeals. In the event the appeals are not perfected by December 11, 2007, and noticed for the February 2008 term, then the plaintiffs may move on five days' notice for an order dismissing the appeals.
