Motion by the respondent Peter Pirraglia to dismiss an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered May 15, 2007, insofar as asserted against him on the ground that it was untimely taken.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is dismissed insofar as asserted against Peter Pirraglia, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5513[a]).
