DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the Legal Aid Society Juvenile Rights Division to dismiss appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, both dated April 20, 2007, insofar as purportedly asserted against it.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are dismissed insofar as purportedly asserted against the Legal Aid Society Juvenile Rights Division, without costs or disbursements.
