Application by Marcy A. Conte, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 22, 2000, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Marcy Conte Hingst.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Marcy A. Conte to Marcy Conte Hingst, effective immediately.
