Application by Jacqueline A. Furst, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 30, 2005, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Jacqueline A. Fink.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Jacqueline A. Furst to Jacqueline A. Fink, effective immediately.
