| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Norman D. Kaplan, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on March 13, 1968, under the name Norman Dennis Kaplan, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to N. Dennis Kaplan.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Norman D. Kaplan to N. Dennis Kaplan, effective immediately.
