DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Application by Constantine John Lakis, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 12, 1991, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Dean Lakis.

Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Constantine John Lakis to Dean Lakis, effective immediately.
