Application by Yadira A. Ramos, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 15, 2006, under the name Yadira Antonia Ramos, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Yadira Antonia Ramos-Herbert.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Yadira Antonia Ramos to Yadira Antonia Ramos-Herbert, effective immediately.
