It is hereby ORDERED that William G. Pixley, Esq., 79 Chapel Hill Drive, Rochester, New York 14617, is substituted as counsel to respond to the appeal taken from the decision and order of the Supreme Court, Monroe County, entered January 22, 2004, in place of Richard W. Youngman, Esq; and counsel may submit ten copies of respondent's brief reproduced in accordance with CPLR 5529; and
It is further ORDERED that the order of this Court entered September 17, 2007, is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date November 1, 2007, and inserting in place thereof the date November 26, 2007.
