DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to reargue their motion, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 27, 2006, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated September 14, 2007.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
