Motion by the appellants, inter alia, for leave to reargue their motion, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 22, 2006, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated September 14, 2007.
