It is Ordered that the motion for a stay is granted on condition that the appellants: 1- continue to pay for monthly accruing use and occupancy to the petitioner, without prejudice; and 2- perfect the appeal by December 11, 2007, in order to be noticed for the February 2008 term. In the event of appellants' failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, the petitioner may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
