DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the petitioners, inter alia, in effect, for leave to reargue their proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of prohibition and mandamus, inter alia, to compel the respondent John M. Galasso, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, to vacate certain orders issued pursuant to CPL 330.20 and to prohibit the respondents from seeking any additional orders pursuant to CPL 330.20, which was determined by decision and judgment dated June 12, 2007, and to vacate "all orders signed by Nassau County Judge John M. Galasso after June 15, 1999, under Indictment [No.] 1521N/98."

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
