On the court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that counsel assigned to prosecute an appeal from an amended order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated May 24, 2007, is relieved of the assignment and is directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned.

The appellant's motion for assignment of counsel was granted on August 7, 2007, and the following named attorney was assigned to prosecute the appeal:

and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120, the following named attorney is assigned as new counsel to prosecute the appeal:
