| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Rosemary Toriola for leave to reargue her motion for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts, dated December 15, 2006, which determined an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Civil Court, City of New York, Queens County, entered March 7, 2005, appeals from two orders of the same court both entered February 7, 2005, and appeals from two orders of the same court entered March 3, 2005, and April 5, 2005, respectively. The motion for leave to appeal was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated July 31, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
