| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered May 25, 2006, to unseal any psychiatric examination hearing records, motion papers, correspondence, decisions, or other documents relating to the appellant's competency to stand trial that were filed in the above-entitled action, for the purpose of permitting the appellant's retained counsel to review and copy them.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and all psychiatric examination hearing records, motion papers, correspondence, decisions, or other documents relating to the appellant's competency to stand trial that were filed in the County Court, Nassau County, are unsealed for the purpose of permitting the appellant's retained counsel to review and make copies of them.
