ORDERED that the application is granted and Linda Strumpf's time to serve and file an answering brief, including her points of argument on the cross appeal (see 72 NYCRR 6708.8[c][3]), is enlarged until December 27, 2007, and Linda Strumpf's answering brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
