Motion by the appellant for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order of this court dated June 26, 2007, which determined his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this court dated December 29, 1995 (People v Winslow, 213 AD2d 435), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered February 22, 1993.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
