Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Wayne on
March 9, 2007, and to consolidate that appeal with their appeals from a judgment and an order of the same Court entered April 5, 2007 and June 7, 2007,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of James F. Foley sworn to October 20, 2007, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion be, and the same hereby is, granted, the appeals from the orders and judgment entered March 9, 2007, April 5, 2007 and June 7, 2007 are hereby consolidated for the purposes of perfecting and arguing the appeals, and appellants shall perfect the appeals on or before January 2, 2008 and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order.
