It is Ordered that the motion to reinstate the stay is granted on condition that appellant continues paying accruing monthly use and occupancy in the amount of $593.62,along with an additional $266.67 per month, until the judgment is satisfied. In the event of appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing condition, landlord may move on five days' notice for an order vacating the stay.
