ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated September 19, 2007, in the above-entitled matter is amended by (1) deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 4, 2007" and substituting therefor the date "October 24, 2007", and (2) deleting from the fourth decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 25, 2007", and substituting therefor the date "November 30, 2007".
