Application by Tonya Kerry Johnson, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 3, 1993, under the name Tonya Denise Curtis, a/k/a Curtis Johnson, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Tonya Kerry.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law, from Tonya Kerry Johnson to Tonya Kerry, effective immediately.
