Appeal by Kiwana Kearse from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 14, 2007. By decision and order on motion of this court dated September 7 , 2007, the appellant was granted leave to renew a motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person on or before October 29, 2007, or the appeal would be dismissed. The appellant failed to do so.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
