| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by Desiree Nneka Laster, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on February 9, 2000, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Desiree Nneka Hayes.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Desiree Nneka Laster to Desiree Nneka Hayes, effective immediately.
