Joint application by the plaintiff-respondent, defendant-respondent, and the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file the respondents' respective briefs on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 6, 2007, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file their respective briefs is enlarged until December 18, 2007, and the respondents' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
