Motion by Congregation Lubavitch, Inc., inter alia, to consolidate an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 6, 2007, with appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court dated June 19, 2006, and an order of the same court dated June 30, 2006, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated March 27, 2007, and to stay enforcement of the order dated September 6, 2007, pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
