Joint application by the respondent and the appellants pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated March 13, 2007, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 24, 2007, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' reply brief must be served and filed on or before January 14, 2008.
