DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 22, 2007, and October 23, 2007, respectively, in effect, for additional visitation with the subject children, to stay enforcement of so much of the order entered October 22, 2007, as directed him to undergo psychiatric counseling, and to stay enforcement of the order entered October 23, 2007, pending hearing and determination of appeals therefrom.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that on the court's own motion the appellant's notices of appeal are deemed to be applications for leave to appeal to this court and leave to appeal is granted (see CPLR 5701[c]); and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
