Joint application by the parties on an appeal and cross-appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 22, 2006, to hold the appeal in abeyance pending final approval of a settlement.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and upon the stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the appeal is held in abeyance until February 22, 2008, and the application is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that any additional applications to hold the appeal in abeyance must be made by motion.
