| DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated May 23, 2006, to enlarge the time to settle certain transcripts and to serve and file supplemental briefs as directed by a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 12, 2007.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted and on or before December 7, 2007, the appellant shall obtain, settle, and file with the Clerk of this Court any transcripts not previously provided to this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental brief on or before December 14, 2007; the respondent shall serve and file a supplemental brief, if any, on or before January 14, 2008; and the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental reply brief, if any, on or before January 28, 2008.
