DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated March 30, 2007, and to direct the certain Family Court, Queens County, to conduct a reconstruction hearing concerning the minutes of certain proceedings in the above-entitled matters.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is granted, and the parties shall file 11 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the Family Court, Queens County, to conduct a reconstruction hearing is denied with leave to renew on or before December 19, 2007, upon papers setting forth the dates of the proceedings for which the transcripts are missing.
