It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after December 10, 2007, in order to perfect the appeal for the next available term. The petitioner-landlord should make an effort to stipulate to the correctness of the transcript, in order to expedite the perfection of the appeal. Once perfected, the appellant may move for a continuation of the stay pending the determination of the appeal.
