DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with certain transcripts to aid in preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated December 11, 2006.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a supplemental pro se brief is enlarged until January 3, 2008, and the supplemental pro se brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
