Motion by the respondent pro se for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated March 26, 2007, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to represent the respondent:
