| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 24, 2006, and to enlarge the petitioner's time to serve and file a reply brief.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 3, 2007, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before December 26, 2007.
