Motion by AIG Claims Services, Inc., to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled actions, including discovery, pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 18, 2005, and appeals and a cross appeal from an order of the same court dated July 25, 2006. Separate motion by the Metropolitan Transportation Authority to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled actions, including discovery, pending hearing and determination of the appeals from the order dated August 18, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted and all proceedings in the above-entitled actions, including discovery, are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals and cross appeal.
