Motion by the respondent William Paul Faist Volunteer Ambulance Corps., Inc., to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, entered June 13, 2006.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the respondent William Paul Faist Volunteer Ambulance Corps., Inc., to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 14, 2007, and the brief of the respondent William Paul Faist Volunteer Ambulance Corps., Inc., must be served and filed on or before that date
