| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 6, 2006, and June 6, 2007, respectively, and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until December 6, 2007, and the respondents' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until December 26, 2007, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
