Motion by the respondents on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated November 27, 2006, and May 3, 2007, respectively, (1) to vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this court dated August 10, 2007, which stayed all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeals, or (2) for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals.

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
