| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the appellant Michelle Okin on appeals from a decree of the Surrogate's Court, Orange County, dated April 25, 2007, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect her appeal. Separate application by the appellants Justin Coneen, Dominick Joseph Coviello III, Anthony James Coviello, Charleigh Roi Sears, and Roy Charles Sears III pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal and for the appointment of a new guardian ad litem.
ORDERED that the application of the appellant Michelle Okin and that branch of the application of the appellants Justin Coneen, Dominick Joseph Coviello III, Anthony James Coviello, Charleigh Roi Sears, and Roy Charles Coviello which is pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect their appeals are granted and the appellants' time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until January 28, 2008, and the joint record or appendix on the appeals and the appellants' respective briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application of the appellants Justin Coneen, Dominick Joseph Coviello III, Anthony James Coviello, Charleigh Roi Sears, and Roy Charles Coviello which is for the appointment of a new guardian ad litem is denied without prejudice to seeking such relief in the Surrogate's Court.
