| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Catharine S. from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 15, 2006. By decision and order on motion dated March 19, 2007, the appeal was dismissed on the ground that the order was not appealable as of right and leave to appeal had not been granted(see Family Ct Act § 1112). On October 29, 2007, the appellant filed a duplicate notice of appeal from the same order.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal taken by notice of appeal dated October 29, 2007, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
